This qualification consists of 4 units:

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Meeting the needs of the organisation
  • Improving organisational performance
  • Developing customer service skills

Delivery and Assessment
The workbook provides a combination of reference information, questions and practical activities that enable candidates to meet assessment requirements for this qualification. Candidates complete the qualification in their place of work with access to an assessor who will support them throughout the programme.

Progression
A good follow on qualification to this would be the NVQ 2 in Customer Service.
