Aim
- To provide an understanding of the concepts and importance of customer care
Content
This qualification consists of 4 units:
- Understanding customer care
- Communicating with customers
- Providing good customer service
- Handling customer complaints and /or problems
Delivery and Assessment
The workbook provides a combination of reference information, questions and practical activities that enable candidates to meet assessment requirements for this qualification. Candidates complete the qualification in their place of work with access to an assessor who will support them throughout the programme.
Progression
A good follow on qualification to this would be the NVQ 2 in Customer Service.
