This workshop is aimed at anyone who wants to raise their awareness of equality and diversity

After completing this training, you will have:

- Increased your awareness of key types of discrimination and the legislative context
Content
This gives an indication of content, as we design all of our courses to meet your specific needs, depending upon your objectives, culture, budget, resources and seniority of delegates.
- Explore limiting beliefs
- Explore attitudes and expectations
- Examine and recognise the discriminatory effects of prejudice and stereotyping
- Understand the importance of valuing equality and diversity
- Legal obligations
Length of training
1 day, half day or we can also deliver a ‘bite-sized’ 2 hour session.
Location
We can either run training at your organisation (if you have suitable facilities), at a venue of your choice, or we have links with a number of venues throughout the UK
