Who is this for?
This is aimed at anyone involved in coaching individuals at work.
What will I get from this course?
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Effectively evaluate your own practices
- Help and support learners to monitor and review their performance at work
- Confidently coach individuals helping them to learn and develop.
Content
Candidates must achieve four mandatory units to achieve this qualification:
- G3 Evaluate and develop own practice
- L12 Enable individual learning through coaching
- L15 Support and advise individual learners
- L16 Monitor and review progress with learners
The programme will include:
- Training to develop skills and knowledge in coaching
- Individual guidance and support from your Assessor
- Portfolio building
- Observation in the workplace
- Professional discussions
- Assessment of portfolio

Location
We will either run training at your organisation (if you have suitable facilities), at a venue of your choice, or we have links with a number of venues throughout the UK
