National Vocational Qualifications
NVQ’s are work related, competence based qualifications, which reflect the skills and knowledge needed to do a job effectively and show that the person is competent in that area of work. Our team at K2 Horizons has extensive experience in the design, delivery, assessment, internal & external verification of NVQ’s. The qualifications we offer include:

- A1 Assess candidates using a range of methods
- A2 Assess candidates’ performance using observation
- V1 Conduct internal quality assurance of the assessment process
- Certificate in Mentoring in the Workplace
- Certificate in Coaching Learners in the Workplace
We’re delighted that we are now able to offer Train to Gain (for NVQ Business and Administration and NVQ Customer Service) with access to funding to help eligible employees gain their first full level 2 qualification.
