Kathryn
(By Kay) Kathryn and I compliment each other – she’s the one that keeps an eye on the detail for K2 Horizons! Her name definition includes “a studious nature and the ability to concentrate on what she is doing, excelling in mathematics and areas where persistence, independence and individuality are required”. With a career that began in engineering (and a qualification in foundry work!), she then moved into training and development. Kathryn brings a diverse range of skills to the business, having worked across sectors ranging from local authority to manufacturing and the rail industry, both in management and training. She holds a strong belief in the ability of individuals to make a difference to their own lives (and their organisation).
